Updating Your Privacy Settings

Realm will help you stay connected to others at Trinity, but you have control over what information you would like others to see. Follow the steps below to update your Realm privacy settings:

  1. Login to the site.

  2. Click your name in the upper-right corner, and select My Profile.

  3. Click Manage Privacy.

  4. Review and select from the different privacy settings available:

    1. Everyone - This option gives anyone at Trinity with a Realm account the ability to see your personal and contact information.

    2. My Groups + Group Leaders + Staff - This option limits those that can see personal and contact information to individuals in groups of yours, along with group leaders and staff members.

    3. Group Leaders + Staff - This option limits everyone except your group leaders and staff members to see your personal and contact information.

    4. Only Staff - Select this option if you would prefer only Trinity staff members to have access to your personal and contact information.

    5. Custom Privacy Settings - Select this option to choose different privacy levels for different pieces of personal information and contact fields.

  5. Once you have selected the settings that best fit your needs, click Save.
